Arnold is a neurosurgeon with over 10 years of experience in both rural and urban medical settings. He has a deep interest in global health equity and is committed to expanding access to healthcare for all. Arnold actively participates in various international collaborations focused on improving healthcare access and promoting health equity. Over the past five years, he has helped establish two charity organizations as a founding board member. These organizations work to expand access to mental health care in Zambia, Uganda, and the United States, as well as improve pediatric neurosurgery care in Zambia. In 2024, Arnold joined On Call Africa as a trustee, aligning with his passion for enhancing healthcare access, particularly for vulnerable communities. In his free time, Arnold enjoys reading, traveling, and walking.
