Caesar graduated from Kabwe Institute of Technology, with a Craft Certificate in Agricultural Mechanics and Transport and Logistics. Caesar worked for Zambia Sugar as a pool and relief driver at from 2012 to 2022 and joined On Call Africa as a Logistics Officer in 2022.
In his free time, he coaches football and is a registered qualified Football Coach under the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ).
