Edward is a Global Health professional, researcher, and MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) expert. He is also a Human Design Thinking expert with over 8 years of experience in health research and more than five years of experience in promoting meaningful youth engagement in research initiatives. Edward holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Demography with Development Studies from the University of Zambia and has recently completed a Master of Science in Project Planning and Management at the Information and Communications University (with graduation pending). He is an alumnus of the Mandela Washington Fellowship and currently serves as the Southern Chapter Coordinator for the Zambia United States Exchange Alumni Association (ZUEA). In his early career as a researcher, Edward has served as Co-Principal Investigator for 3 Global Health studies funded by Grand Challenges Canada. Edward has expertise in health research, co-production innovations, and grant writing. In 2024, Edward joined On-Call Africa as the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager. In his free time, Edward enjoys singing and practicing martial arts.
