Kelvin is a highly skilled WASH Specialist, programmer, researcher, and CHW (Community Health Worker) trainer with a strong background in statistics and demographic analysis. He is currently serving as a Programme Manager for Community-Based Volunteers at On Call Africa, where he excels in managing relationships with health ministries, planning, budgeting, and overseeing project implementation. Kelvin is recognised for his ability to coordinate and disseminate project experiences, engage in strategic discussions, and support capacity building.
Kelvin’s previous roles include WASH Project Officer at On Call Africa, Sanitation and Hygiene Coordinator with Living Water International, and WASH and Hygiene Behavior Change Technician with FHI360. In these roles, he has developed expertise in hygiene promotion, data analysis, monitoring and evaluation, and community mobilisation. Kelvin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Demography and Statistics from the University of Zambia and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the University of Lusaka.
